1) Place fresh rosemary sprigs in the bottom of the pan.
2) Top with sliced onion, salmon steaks (salted and peppered), more rosemary sprigs and 2 medium lemons sliced.
3) Drizzle with olive oil.
4) Bake in a very hot oven for at least 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
I served it with roasted garlic brussels sprouts and baked sweet potato. I thought it was delicious but Steve, my husband, wasn't crazy about the added flavors. Sadie the Dog enjoyed most of his portion so I doubt I'll be making this again unless I'm eating solo.
